Hanging Out

Lydia had a little bit of a play date the other day. This is one of the new neighbor boys Ryne, one of her new BFFs! It was great to have someone else around to play with. We hope it happens more often now that the moms are starting to come out of the fog of new motherdom!!!!

After bath she hangs and watches the aquarium that uncle thomas and aunt trisha got her for christmas. She loves it!

Mommy finally cuts the mullet. I know the first hair cut is supposed to be a big deal. But it is not really long enough to save so we documented the moment with some pics instead!

Bear practicing sitting up... mom got tired of holding her up! And she is teaching the animals to play nice.

4 Months

So we took the trip to the dr for our monthly check up. They said she is going fine.. we are doing fine. That was good to hear. So here are the offical stats:

Weight 14.6 lbs 80 percentile

Height 25inches 90%

Finding Her Voice

Bear is finding her voice. The first two days it was whining all day long. I thought I was going to go crazy! Now it is becoming fun!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

May 2009 be a wonderful year for everyone!

We brought the new year in at our neighbor Trudi's house. We didn't get any pics but we had a great time. And we managed to stay awake clear until 12! We were pretty impressed with ourselves!

New Years Day we had a little pizza party at the neighbors Michelle and Thomas's house. All the babies and their parents got together. Again we had a great time and took a few pics!

Day two of the new year and I have to say it is going pretty good so far!

No better way to start the year then with neighbors and friends.
